The raw materials coming to our companyour suppliers are controlled by our state-of-the-art calibrated devices in our R&D laboratory by applying certain methods. In addition, semi-finished and finished products are checked for compliance by performing various chemical and mechanical tests in accordance with the standards. Raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products are being tested with viscosity meter, oven, water bath, moisture determination, light cabinet, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR), glossmeter, colorimeter, luxmeter, refractometer, caliper, micrometer, thermometer and tensile compression test devices in our laboratory. Process controls such as visuality, thickness, width, length and color are carried out with measuring instruments with TS EN ISO standards and our acceptance criteria. When it comes to the final product stage, final product tests are carried out and reported in line according to CTI 137, ASTM, TSE, ISO and related specifications. We always maintain and improve our quality standards with our regular internal and external audits.
